Job summary

Luminize is seeking an Inventory Data Analyst to own Amazon FBA reconciliation from warehouse to inbound, receiving, and removals in a fast-paced environment in San Diego. You’ll transform ledger data into actionable insights, identify loss points, and drive reimbursement opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Amazon FBA experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and a forensic attention to data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Amazon FBA experience with inventory reconciliation or analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel.
• Experience turning fragmented data into actionable reimbursement claims.

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation from warehouse to Amazon FBA, including WMS, receiving, and events.
• Analyze FBA ledger data and translate reason codes into business impact.
• Manage a structured exception queue for shortages, damages, and variances.
• Identify recurring failure points and collaborate with Warehouse and Ops to tighten controls.
• Build executive dashboards showing dollars at risk, variance by root cause, and recovery opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Warehouse, Accounting, and Amazon Operations on data quality and process fixes.
