Job summary

MET in Cleveland, TX is seeking a dedicated program assistant to complete and manage reports, collect data, track client progress, and coordinate assessments within the program framework.

The role includes developing self-sufficiency action plans, facilitating group activities, maintaining documentation, and actively participating in meetings and supervision while upholding confidentiality and quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Complete and manage reports and activities in accordance with program requirements.
• Collect data and track client progress and conduct assessments to identify possible interventions, provide guidance and referrals to resources.
• Develop self-sufficiency action plans and assist participants in selection of work experiences.
• Facilitate group activities, program overviews, and assessments.
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews and supervised coaching.
• Track required program data, maintain case files, assessments, support services and work experience by federal, state and agency funding.
• Maintain and submit in a timely manner all required program documentation.
• Organize and inventory supplies and materials.
• Participate in reflective supervision and staff meetings monthly.
• Obtain competency based professional development and renew parent educator certification annually.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
