Job summary

New York Life Insurance Company is seeking leadership-oriented individuals for the Fast Track Partner program. You begin as a financial professional and, after meeting program requirements, transition to Associate Partner and join the management team.

You will recruit and develop your own team, participate in a six-month Associate Partner Training Program, and gain hands-on experience while supporting communities with strong training and compensation packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is required.
• Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience.
• Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial
• Knowledge of cultural markets a plus
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding career

Responsibilities

• Present potential solutions using financial products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
• Become an associate partner on the management team after completing program requirements.
• Join the six-month Associate Partner Training Program to build business acumen and leadership.
• Develop a long-term strategy and help clients identify and achieve financial goals.
• Select, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partner
