FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee in Tallahassee, FL. The role fast-tracks external retail managers into Store Management, offering hourly wages of $18.00 to $27.48 and performance-based commissions.

Expect a diverse environment with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms in FFL locations, and a path to leadership. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead staff, recruit top talent, and maximize store performance while ensuring excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations and promote a customer-centric environment.
• Assist in training pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and develop store employees for progression.
• Open/close store and manage cash with asset protection in mind.
• Drive profitability by monitoring financial statements and achieving goals.
