Job summary

GNC in Eau Claire is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to join a dynamic team focused on developing future store leaders. This hands-on program teaches you to operate your own store, drive for results, and lead a team under the guidance of a Store Manager or District Manager.

You will gain experience in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and daily store operations while aligning with GNC’s Live Well philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and supporting your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Overseeing daily store operations alongside a Store Manager or District Manager.
• Managing business performance, product management and ensuring the team has tools to succeed.
• Representing the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting the Live Well message.
• Engaging with leadership on training initiatives, projects, and promotion opportunities.
• Opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and deposits.
