Job summary

GNC is looking for a dynamic Store Manager in Training (SMIT) to develop into a Store Manager, under supervision of a Store Manager or District Manager. You will learn to manage daily store operations, coach and develop your team, and drive for sales and customer satisfaction as part of the #TeamGNC vision.

You will work full-time, in-store, with opportunities to lead, handle merchandising, and participate in community events while aligning with GNC’s Live Well philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline retail with a drive to develop into management.
• Proven ability to coach teams and improve sales performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
