Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials used at the site.
• Ability to supervise CSR/ASM functions and duties.
• Computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and public image.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Analyze daily sales and control expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure site cleanliness, stocking, pricing and posters are in place.
• Perform duties indoors with some outside work and occasional noise.
