Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive our Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Driver qualification file per DOT requirements, including MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety History records.
• Willingness to travel within the district as necessary, work the required schedule at the location, and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
