Job summary

Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in El Paso. You will run a business using your degree and quickly solve customer problems while learning Penske's sales processes, technology, and culture.

The role offers an hourly starting wage of $25/hour ($52,000 annually) with premium pay for weekend work and opportunities for advancement after 6–9 months of training. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Business or Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Results oriented with strong time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck
• DOT-regulated role requiring a driver qualification file and background checks

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts
• Manage large vehicle inventory to balance fleet productivity and customer satisfaction
• Generate new business leads and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
