Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Conover, NC. You will use your degree to run a business and solve problems for our customers.

You will receive comprehensive training, mentoring and exposure to sales, operations, finance, customer service and technology, with advancement opportunities across hundreds of locations nationwide. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to drive Penske vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts—including Fortune 500.
• Manage inventory of world class vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
