Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results oriented with attention to detail and strong time management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Role is regulated by DOT and requires a current driver qualification file (MVR check, DOT Physical, and Safety History).
• Willingness to travel within the district to customer yards, training sites and nearby locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 clients.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
