Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Santa Rosa is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to help run a busy branch. You will apply your degree to solve problems for customers and participate in training across sales, operations, finance, and service while advancing through a fast-track development program.

You will learn our sales processes and technology, develop new business, manage large fleet inventory, and support customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented with strong communication and time-management skills.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to training sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage large fleet inventory to balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
