Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing role where you will engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, asking follow-up questions to help customers make informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, sales or collections, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.
