Texas Car Title & Payday Lending Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager In Training to grow fast with structured coaching. You will work directly with customers, guiding them through financial solutions and learning to overcome objections.

The role emphasizes asking direct questions, handling rejection, and making outbound calls while staying engaged in conversations. A strong foundation in sales is expected as you build confidence and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a customer-facing, performance-driven role.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations and guide decisions.
