Drive is hiring for an Entry-level Marketing & Management role in the New York area. We’re forming 2–3 teams around top performers drawn from fast-paced service environments.

The goal is to develop candidates into Managing Director roles within a year through paid training and hands-on mentorship. Ideal candidates bring retail, restaurant, hospitality, bartending or customer service experience, enjoy talking with people, and show teamwork, motivation, and a drive to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality or customer service environments.
• Comfortable talking to a variety of people and building relationships.
• Strong team player with a competitive mindset and growth drive.
• Reliable, motivated and eager to develop leadership skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent and present our clients’ marketing campaigns to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
• Track team KPIs and report results to leadership.
• Manage client site relationships and communications.
• Participate in networking events and presentations.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
