Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training in the United States. You will smile, model our safety values, and lead by example as you serve customers and coach a growing team.

The role includes maintenance duties and high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree or have management experience in the service industry, and can work five days including openings, mids, and closings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with a sense of urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run and/or jump.
• Able to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment.
• Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.
• Able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms.
• Lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Operate and utilize electronic devices.
• withstand extended weather exposure.
