Bubbles Express Car Wash in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Fast Track Manager in Training to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and elevate the guest experience. You’ll drive performance and safety while building a high-energy team that embodies hospitality and accountability.

The program offers hands-on leadership development, KPI management, and a pathway to store leadership roles. Competitive hourly pay with bonuses after certification, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Point of Sale knowledge.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Type: Full-Time Reports To: Store Manager

We’re currently looking for someone with a passion for leading and caring for people to join our Manager in Training Program.
