Job summary

Crew Carwash in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while delivering exceptional service. You will model safety, coach team members, and help load customers in a fast-paced operation.

Compensation starts at $45,000–$60,000 per year with incentive pay, plus daily pay options, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Must be 18+, have an associate or bachelor’s degree or management experience in service industries,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
