Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring for a Fast-Track Manager in Training in Indianapolis, IN. You will begin a fast-track path to leadership, delivering exceptional service, and upholding the safety-first culture that Crew Carwash is known for.

You will be mentored through hands-on operations, learn maintenance routines, and develop the people skills needed to lead teams in a high-volume car wash environment. This role offers growth and competitive pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Ability to work 5 days per week including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
