This training program begins with participants working as financial professionals gaining field experience, with the potential to transition into management as an associate partner upon meeting program requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Become an associate partner after completing all program requirements
  • Develop personalized financial strategies and assist clients in achieving their goals
  • Present a range of financial products including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds
  • Hire and lead your own team of financial professionals
  • Participate in a six-month intensive Associate Partner Training Program
First Year Experience

You will work as a financial professional, receiving complete training, digital tools, and a broad product suite to succeed. You will also learn about our products and services designed to help clients secure their financial future.

Qualifications
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and seeking a rewarding career
  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cultural markets is a plus
  • Experience in financial or insurance industries required
  • Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial or managerial experience, or an MBA, is advantageous
Compensation

$75,000 annually, with earning potential through Plan Earnings.
