Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+, pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lead, analyze data, and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/move up to 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand professionalism through enthusiastic communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per guidelines.
