Arby’s in Nashville is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft and guide the management team and front-line teammates through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.

You will drive local store marketing toward sales and profit goals, ensure top-quality meats and crave-able sides, and model our values while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
• Lead by example to create a welcoming, efficient, and profitable dining experience for guests and a positive work environment for staff.
