Job summary

Arby's in Indiana is seeking a General Manager to lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft, guiding the Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement and training initiatives. You’ll drive local store marketing and work toward sales and profit goals while ensuring top-quality meats and guest satisfaction.

Experience in restaurant or retail management is required; you should deliver exceptional customer service and be eligible to work in the U.S.

You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and prof it goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats. To qualify for this General Manager, best-brand-you-ever-worked-for job , you:
