Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is hiring a General Manager in the United States, Virginia location.

You will lead the restaurant’s Meatcraft, guide the management team and staff, and drive performance, engagement, and training initiatives to deliver high-quality meats and great guest experiences. The role emphasizes local store marketing, sales growth, and profit goals with strong emphasis on people development, customer service, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• You will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft and help the Restaurant Management Team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profit goals, you will ensure your restaurant delivers top meats.
• Lead and coach team members to meet brand standards and drive guest satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
