Arby’s is hiring a General Manager in the United States. You will lead the restaurant management team to drive performance, engage team members, and oversee training initiatives while ensuring the top-quality Meatcraft standards.

The role includes supporting local marketing efforts to reach sales and profit goals and delivering excellent customer service every day. You will be responsible for managing a team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position.

Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
