Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support data center and commercial construction projects with a leading electrical contractor. The role offers hands-on growth toward a Project Manager position through mentorship and exposure to complex electrical work.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation, while coordinating with field and office teams to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Experience supporting commercial or mission-critical construction projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to advance into a Project Manager leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, execution, and successful project delivery.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist with contract administration and project closeout.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with field and office teams.
• Track project progress and assist with resolving project challenges.
• Support monthly billings, reporting, and financial documentation.
