Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to provide client-facing workplace support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities within client offices. The role supports multiple sites in the Kansas City area and requires flexibility and strong customer service skills.

The position is full-time, onsite, with shifts 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and may involve schedule changes across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Must be able to work all 8hr shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens; maintains inventory and supplies.
• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages.
• Copy Services includes producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions.
• Floor Coordination includes upkeep of copy rooms and stocking general supplies; delivery of paper and basic maintenance.
• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and liaison with building contacts.

This role ensures smooth daily operations within client office environments by providing high-quality administrative and workplace support services. The position may support multiple client sites within a defined geographic market and requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. This role is classified as non-exempt. **Schedule**: Monday-Friday (8hr shifts between 7am-7pm. Must be flexible to work everything in between. 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm) **Essential Job Responsibilitie**s* Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner* Hospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as needed* Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule* Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructions* Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance* Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns* Flexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations. **Qualifications & Requirements*** High School Diploma or GED* 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field* Ability to multitask with attention to detail* Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater* Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time* Must be able to work all 8hr shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday* This is a full time position (40 hours per week)* Reliable transportation to commute to and from locations located in Kansas City and Overland Park areas The Compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
