Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Farr West, UT is seeking Warehouse Unloaders to receive freight and move products through the distribution center. The role is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires standing, lifting 25–75 lbs, and teamwork to meet daily goals.

You’ll receive on-the-job training, weekly pay, and benefits after 60 days, with opportunities for advancement and potential travel to other Capstone locations.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical work for an entire shift.
• Able to repeatedly lift 25–75 lbs.
• Able to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift.
• Work at a consistent pace in a busy warehouse.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful.
• Training will be provided for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Unload boxes and merchandise from trailers.
• Move freight from trailers to designated areas.
• Sort and organize products as they are unloaded.
• Build and stabilize pallets.
• Prepare freight for the next stage of the warehouse process.
• Check products and quantities for accuracy.
• Keep work area organized and free of hazards.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Take on additional warehouse duties as needed.
