Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Unloader in Cookeville, TN. This fast-paced, on-site role starts early morning and runs Monday–Friday with weekly pay. You will unload trailers, sort and palletize goods, and help move freight around the warehouse.

We offer paid training, benefits after 60 days, safety incentives, and chances to grow within the company as you gain experience traveling to locations across the country.

Qualifications

• Dependable and motivated team member with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs repeatedly.
• Warehouse or equipment experience is a plus; training provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, palletize, repack and organize products.
• Load and haul freight as needed.
• Audit and verify products.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership.
