Job summary

Turner Industries Energy Services is seeking a Warehouse Technician in the Monaca, PA area. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Reports to the Foreman and follows established procedures in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and warehouse or logistics experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (certification a plus).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanners and RF devices preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes preferred.
• Post offer drug/alcohol screen, physical evaluation and acceptance of policy.
• Comply with safety requirements; must not pose a direct health/safety threat.

Responsibilities

• Stores, removes, loads, and unloads materials using manual or mechanical devices.
• Reads orders and schedules to determine items to move and distribute.
• Maintains inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
• Picks, packs, and prepares orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks and hand tools as applicable.
• Maintains clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Assists with shipping documentation and inventory management systems.
• Reports damaged goods, discrepancies, or issues promptly.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
