Job summary

The Receiver/Stocker at Lowe’s keeps shelves stocked and backrooms organized by unloading freight, stocking merchandise, and preparing the store for customers. You’ll use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, follow safety practices, and help customers with loading products as needed.

This part-time role is fast-paced and requires reliable presence across varying shifts, with morning, afternoon, or overnight hours depending on store needs, while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Preferred forklift/power equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and use equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following procedures for hazardous materials and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools.
• Pitch in as a team to complete other assigned tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders; load and ensure delivery readiness.
