Job summary

Armor Animal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the St. Joseph Branch to support receiving, verification, and stocking activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle inbound shipments, perform cycle counts, and assist with cross-branch product movement while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with courses in math, computer operations, and customer service procedures.
• Requires one/two years’ experience in shipping environment.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret pick tickets and write business correspondence.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
• Inspect product for damage, shortages, overages, and report discrepancies.
• Label, tag, and store product following FIFO.
• Conduct inventory counts and report lot information to leadership.
• Process customer orders using shipping software and hand-held scanners.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
