Job summary

Aerotek in Eagan, MN is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced distribution center. You'll pick, pack, and ship online orders, using RF scanners and WMS, to keep orders moving and meet daily goals.

This contract-to-hire role offers weekly pay and on-site work. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs as needed, and teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment environment preferred.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse technology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during an 8-10 hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Reliable, team-oriented and motivated to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy to meet daily production goals.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and staging products for delivery.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to locate inventory, verify picks, and track shipments.
• Ensure all orders are properly packaged, labeled, and documented before shipment.
• Perform inventory-related tasks including cycle counts, stock verification, and product scanning.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment within shipping and storage areas.
• Maintain an organized work area while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
• Support team productivity by assisting with other warehouse and fulfillment functions as needed.
