Job summary

MARSHALLTOWN is seeking a warehouse shipping associate for our Kansas City, KS facility. You will receive orders, pick items, palletize, label, and prepare shipments for delivery. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and adherence to safety rules.

Experience with warehouses, ability to use tablets or basic software, and willingness to operate a Powered Industrial Truck are preferred. Overtime may be required; we offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) is required or training provided.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment with multitasking.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and ship orders by picking products and preparing them for shipment.
• Operate PIT to collect and palletize packages according to order specs.
• Label packages, stretch-wrap, and transport orders to the correct shipping bay.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
