Job summary

Boston International is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Operator I in Indiana. The role involves handling picking or packing duties using the WMS and handheld scanners, with training provided to cover primary warehouse functions and support duties.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing accuracy, safety, and teamwork while meeting productivity targets and supporting inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Learn basic warehouse processes, handheld scanners, and the WMS.
• Work independently after training and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Forklift experience preferred or ability to be trained if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary warehouse function (picking or packing) for customer and internal orders
• Accurately locate, select, verify, and handle products per order and WMS
• Pack products per company standards and prepare orders for next fulfillment stage
• Use handheld scanners, computers, printers, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely
• Assist with replenishment, labeling, product movement, stocking, cleaning, and organization
• Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or system errors to a supervisor
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets for assigned tasks
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Collaborate with team and supervisors and assist with other duties as needed
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory verification, and routine inventory research
