Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to fulfill customer orders by assembling pallets with cases of product on a predetermined route. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency while moving goods through the warehouse.

Responsibilities include building stable pallets with a pallet jack, keeping areas clean, completing PIT checklists, and correcting discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience.
• PIT Certification: Pallet Jack.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and places quantities of Cases of Product onto a pallet safely and accurately.
• Travels to and transports pallets using a pallet jack.
• Assists in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
• Performs daily PIT Checklist and notifies management of issues.
• Corrects mistakes as directed by the Checker.
