Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or packing lists.
• Inspect goods for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record and report discrepancies and damages.
• Properly store materials in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with audits.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, including correct labeling and packaging.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move products as needed.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and track shipments.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
