Freight Breakers LLC is hiring for Box Loader/Unloader roles in West Jordan, Utah. This full-time, physically active position offers a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts and potential weekend work based on business needs.

You will load and unload freight, scan items, and organize cargo to maximize trailer space while following safety procedures. Eligible full-time employees receive health, dental, vision, life insurance, and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to lift and carry 5-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Work safely while maintaining speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers using floor-loading techniques.
• Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanning devices.
• Move cages between staging areas and trailers.
• Organize freight efficiently to maximize trailer space.
• Ensure all freight is handled safely and accurately.
• Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system.
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization in a high-volume environment.
