DeSoto Warehouse is hiring an Order Filler to join our team in Desoto, TX. You will pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. You will work with the shipping team to stage outbound shipments, label boxes, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Basic math and data tracking skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders based on sheets or scanners and prepare items for shipment.
• Pack products securely with correct labels and shipping docs.
• Perform quality checks for damage and accuracy before packing.
• Coordinate with shipping for outbound shipments and labeling.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet fulfillment goals and report issues.
