Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Opa Locka, FL. Earn $18.50 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. First shift runs Monday–Thursday from 3:00 am to 1:30 pm, in clean, safe facilities designed for efficiency.

Roles involve operating RF scanners and powered industrial trucks, loading/unloading trailers, and performing picking/packing. Paid training, 401(k) match, PTO from month 1, and generous employee discounts are included in the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) including maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning accuracy.
• Perform picking and packing duties and maintain facility housekeeping.
• Assist training of dock employees on new procedures.
