Job summary

Aisin World Corp. of America is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support production and order fulfillment. The role involves storing materials, picking and packaging orders, and operating warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities include adhering to 5S standards, following SOPs, and ensuring safety policies are followed. The candidate should be able to lift up to 30 lbs, work weekends and holidays as needed, and perform duties onsite as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
• Must perform job duties onsite, when necessary, except those duties that are customarily or by their nature performed offsite.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on multiple assignments at once, and complete assignments within deadline and budget (if applicable) with satisfactory quality.
• Must be able to operate as an effective team member.
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws and all company safety policies.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for duration of shift and lift up to 30 lbs. continuously
• Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
• Must be willing and available to work weekends and holidays as necessary and desirable to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Store material to meet production requirements.
• Pick, package and scan orders to meet customer demands.
• Operate WMS devices and follow standard operating procedures.
• Responsible to conduct assigned 5S duties daily.
