Job summary

Sam’s Furniture is seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in Springdale. The role involves helping customers with pickup orders, loading merchandise, and preparing items for delivery, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, and employees will learn inventory management and warehouse operations while contributing to a community-focused furniture destination.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift and carry items for extended periods.
• On-the-job training is provided for equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick-Up Orders: Assisting customers in loading & securing their pick-up orders
• Inventory: Unloading and back stocking merchandise
• Delivery Prep: Pulling merchandise for outgoing deliveries from warehouse
• Assembly: Slight assembly of product to go to showroom
• Safety and housekeeping: Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping an organized & clean area. Disposing of any trash & perform other related duties as assigned.
