Job summary

House-Hasson Hardware is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution center operations. This hands-on role may involve Receiving, Order, Inventory Control, and Loading Dock tasks based on business needs.

You will receive, inspect, and process merchandise, pick/pack orders, load/unload freight, and help maintain inventory accuracy while working in a fast-paced team environment. Training provided for equipment and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 85 pounds; heavier items with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming merchandise.
• Pick, pack, label, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment after training.
• Verify product quantities, storage locations, and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist in different warehouse departments as business needs change.
