Job summary

Priority Wire & Cable, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Charlotte, NC. The role offers a $19 per hour wage plus a sign-on bonus, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include operating cutting equipment, using RF scanners and handheld devices, assisting local will-call orders, and shipping/receiving activities. Candidates should be able to lift up to 80 lbs, stand and move around the warehouse, and have access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to understand and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Previous wire and cable experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
• Use RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Assist customers with local will-call orders.
• Build, wrap, sort and transport reels, pallets, and packages.
• Handle shipping and receiving of truck deliveries.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance as this is an in-person role.
