Job summary

Paycom in Clinton, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to move, organize, and load products to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to our customers. This is a full-time, hourly position with a salary range of $21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling products, inspecting for defects, using scan guns and documentation, labeling and organizing containers, operating powered industrial vehicles as needed, and completing safety checks and required paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift or equipment license as needed or required.

Responsibilities

• Handle product ensuring the correct parts are properly organized and in the correct container.
• Review product for any obvious defects and reject for review.
• Interface with computer software, scan guns, and documentation for various aspects of the process.
• Properly label and organize containers of product.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV) or manual pallet movement equipment as needed.
• Complete and document all safety checks as required for use of a PIV or for entry into a shipping container.
• Accurately complete all paperwork assigned for a specific assignment.
