Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking Warehouse Associates for our distribution center to support merchandise flow and order fulfillment. You will learn to efficiently pick, pack, label, and ship items, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

This entry-level to experienced role requires reliability, teamwork and a strong sense of urgency; 18+ and a High School Diploma or higher are expected. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Must be 18+.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy teamwork.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, or ship).
• Moving around the warehouse, stay on top of it!
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label or store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Pack the products neatly and securely.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
