Shoe Palace is hiring Warehouse Associates to support our distribution facility. The role emphasizes accurate order selection, fast throughput, and a strong sense of urgency. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome as we build a reliable team to move merchandise efficiently.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm, with a pay range of $17.00 per hour. We value teamwork, safety, and growth within a dynamic retail logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, or ship).
• Move around the warehouse efficiently and maintain momentum.
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label or store).
• Perform inventory controls and uphold quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space usage.
• Pack products neatly and securely for shipment.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

The Role

Do you usually find yourself working faster than the average? We are looking for Warehouse Associates! The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, organization, reliability, and a strong sense of urgency. In this role, you'll specifically learn how to efficiently handle the flow of merchandise throughout the distribution facility in an accurate, productive, and safe manner. This is not just a warehouse job, it is THE warehouse job. Why? Well, because without our amazing warehouse team we wouldn’t be the Shoe Palace we are today! Do you have what it takes? The essential job functions consist of constant lifting, walking, stooping, bending, and standing while selecting products for shipping. What a day at work looks like
