Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS and suggests additional sales opportunities.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep spaces and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive‑Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Aims to resolve issues professionally and politely for guests.
