Jersey Mike's in Battle Creek, MI is seeking Crew Members to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will prepare food to Jersey Mike's standards, serve customers, and help keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.

This role offers hourly pay of $14–$15 plus tips, career advancement opportunities, paid training, employee meals, and other benefits. Previous QSR experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer and oven.
• 1 Year QSR experience (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent Menu and product knowledge.
• Food safety knowledge.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests.
• Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.

Responsibilities
