Flour Bakery + Cafe in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood is hiring a Sandwich Maker to join our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prepare sandwiches with speed and accuracy, greet guests with warmth, and contribute to a team focused on hospitality and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a busy food-service setting, can work at least 20 hours across 3–4 shifts including weekend days, and maintain grooming standards. We offer training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have the availability to work at least 3-4 shifts, 20 hours a week, including at least 1 weekend day.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Must be able to maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
• Enthusiastic, hardworking with strong guest service skills in a professional open-kitchen environment
• Self-motivated with a positive, fast-paced team mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches with speed and accuracy following recipes and assembly instructions.
• Engage guests with warm hospitality and answer questions about offerings.
